The apartment house is a solitary building north of the existing hotel. A simple quiet building which impresses with its reduced details both from the outside and from the inside. The building is an expression of a simple idea: visitors staying for a longer period wish to be housed first class on an aesthetic level. The design stands for functionality and offers space to relax and work – both, by the way, with stylish custom-made products.

The atmosphere of the rooms is characterized by reduction and rest. Fir wood, white melamine and felt run throughout the house. The furniture is custom made in the same uniform material, ensuring a harmonious design. A spacious atrium forms the center around which the apartments are grouped on three levels. Right next door is a bright reading room - the meeting place for everyone in the house.
